Trying to work my ass back in shape again, 4 heavy basic lifting sessions a week with fellow Powermom @ciliebutterfly, added is 5 sometimes 6 +10.000 steps a day for a greater caloric deficit, im a big advocate for higher calories and more lifting, rather than less calories and less lifting

I have also greatly reduced my thyroid medication, in fact ive totally ditched T4 in favor for 75mcg T3 (split in 3 dosages) and feel surprisingly well and energetic, I should never have started out on T4 to begin with, it has left me sluggish, tired and moody asf since I started taking it

So far so good, updates will be posted regularly, btw all my workouts are shared in my stories on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, feel free to check in
