Full body workout! I need some serious work on my upper body, after so much time off the gym I’ve lost a lot of strength in my upper body. This kind of excites me though as I can’t wait to see my progress leading up to the new year!
Have you set any goals for December?
@VPX_Sports zero impact bars are a quick source of protein I can take on gym days, so I’ve been using these along with protein shakes to up my daily protein intake and help with recovery!
